In fact Google do credit the OS in their full terms as follows: "This product includes mapping data licensed from Ordnance Survey with the permission of the Controller of Her Majesty's Stationery Office. © Crown copyright and/or database right 2008. All rights reserved. Licence number 100026920."<br />http://www.google.com/help/legalnotices_maps.html<br /><br />Regarding OS Streetview name. This is a product that the OS had been providing for some time prior to it becoming open. Curiously one seems to still be able to part with money to get it.
